For casting sand addition,
As carbon powder for ceramic industry
Function
Sekor is a coal fine powder of a weak coking coal class and is an essential additive for the raw type which is the mainstream of the casting method of mass-produced small articles. Green molded sand contains about 3% Seacor and its thermal decomposition products and it is black. By adding seicor, various casting defects are prevented and the casting surface becomes beautiful. These effects are thought to be attributable to the reducing gas generated by thermal decomposition of sealor in addition to containing seawall having a small coefficient of thermal expansion and its thermal decomposition products in the green mold.
Like our Carbonet, our company has produced Seikor from about 50 years ago and has been fulfilling its supply responsibility as a top manufacturer. We have realized quality and granularity suitable for raw casting, backed by 50 years experience and achievement.
CP is widely used as a disintegrator for C02 gas molds. CO2 gas molds have been used as inexpensive and high-strength molds since ancient times, but the disadvantage is poor after use. CP greatly improves collapsibility.
Bond is a fine powder of coal tar pitch and has excellent performance as a binder for carbon bond refractories.
The raw coal is first dried and then milled to the appropriate particle size as foundry coal powder.
CP is coal or raw petroleum coke mixed with coal tar pitch and finely pulverized.
We have three drying and grinding facilities, so we can respond flexibly to product type change and production volume adjustment etc.
We are also concentrating on developing and improving production technologies aiming for efficiency, labor saving, energy saving, low environmental load type of,current production system and production facilities.
