Based on the quality control process chart for each product, we are producing with quality clearly conscious.
　As natural raw materials such as coal, petroleum coke, activated charcoal, natural minerals, or their properties remarkably left behind, and the properties of the raw materials are greatly reflected in the product grade. We are focusing. We have a two room system of analysis room which is in charge of Carbonnet, sea call, coke for casting and analysis chamber of activated carbon.
　In order to carry out sufficient process control, in Carbonnet production, two rotary kilns and a shaft furnace are centrally managed, and in the sea call process, three systems of drying and crushing facilities are centrally managed to ensure a thorough system .
